I am the founder of Kubat Law LLC Children’s Representation, based in Vancouver, Washington. My practice was established to meet the critical need for specialized, child-directed representation in Southwest Washington.
I graduated from Willamette University College of Law, and previously served as an Oregon prosecutor in specializing Child Abuse and Domestic Violence units. My experience in those units led me to Washington State, where I can become a part of the growing field of children’s representation.
I have a diverse legal background including experience as a Washington Assistant Attorney General, as well as work in family law and the nonprofit sector. These roles shaped my unwavering commitment to providing high-level, trauma-informed advocacy in dependency and minor guardianship cases.
My practice is dedicated to boots-on-the-ground community involvement, ensuring that children’s voices are heard and that their expressed interests remain at the core of every case.
